Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a pickup option.
We aim to send your items as quickly as possible but if you require an urgent delivery then we also offer an express option. Alternatively, text us (301-842-4526) and we will do all we can to help the speed of your delivery.
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG
Most of our patterns are CUSTOM BLENDED, as a result the processing timeframes are longer. IF you are in a rush PLEASE call and speak to someone to make sure that we are able to deliver by the date that you require.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Most orders will be sent with UPS or USPS. All parcel deliveries are fully traceable for your convenience.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
The tracking number and transport company details will be emailed to you upon shipping. You can track your order through the link in your shipping email or by using the specified transport company’s website.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED IN THE EXPECTED TIMEFRAME?
If you have not received your item within the expected timeframe, please utilize the tracking number provided to get a status update.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged or incorrect. We will attempt to make simple changes like color corrections whenever possible IF the request is sent within 24 hours. If the order has already started processing we will not be able to change it.
My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
