IT IS DANGEROUS OUTSIDE DUE TO THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY HAIR FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Currently, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges IN ANY FORM. We will review our return policy when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM?

We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but if you require an urgent delivery, we offer an express delivery option that you can select at checkout. You may also text us (949-432-6687) and we will work to expedite processing of your order.

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG

Most of our patterns are CUSTOM BLENDED which requires a longer processing timeframe. If you are in a rush, PLEASE call and speak to someone before placing an order to ensure we are able to  deliver by the date you require.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Most orders will be sent with UPS or USPS. All parcel deliveries are fully traceable for your convenience.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will email the tracking number and transport company details to you upon shipping.You can track your order through the link in your shipping email, or by using the specified transport company’s website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED IN THE EXPECTED TIMEFRAME?

If you have not received your item within the expected timeframe, please utilize the tracking number provided to get a status update. How do I change or cancel my order?

Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged or incorrect. We will attempt to make simple changes like color corrections whenever possible IF the request is sent within 24 hours. If the order has already started processing we will not be able to change it.  

My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?

We are unable to replace delivered orders that are stolen.

The address on my order is incorrect, can I get a refund?

If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, we will not be able to replace or provide a refund on your order.
